Application
Once you’ve found the team and role that’s right for you, it’s time to get in touch with us. Interviews
We love genuine conversation and unique perspectives, so please come as you are! We’ll speak with you individually to gauge our mutual fit. Be sure to bring your questions, do your research on our mission and be prepared for several stages of interviews with our team members.
STEP 2
Decision and offer
After our interviews, we’ll gather everything about your application process and review it. We make our decisions considering the feedback from all team members involved in the interviews. If there’s a clear match, you can expect to receive an offer! We’ll then get in touch to give you more information and answer any questions. Following your acceptance, you’ll sign your contract and promptly begin onboarding!
On the other hand, if there is no mutual fit at this time, you can expect to receive timely feedback from us. A brief call to share some details on the decision-making process is also available upon request.

How should I prepare for the interviews?

Our Talent Team will introduce GROPYUS and have a first conversation with you to ensure the match. We provide you the opportunity to meet the hiring manager thereafter and complete a short case study or skill assessment, so as to better understand your thought processes and problem-solving approach. If both sides see a mutual fit, we won't hesitate to invite you to become part of the team. The journey continues from there!
What does the interview process entail?
In line with GDPR requirements, unless otherwise agreed upon with you, we will delete your personal information after six months.
When will you delete my data?
The interviews mostly take place online, but we try (when possible) to also offer interviews on-site in Richen, Berlin, Vienna or Steinhaus.
Do the interview(s) take place online or on-site?
We do offer long-journey mobility reimbursement for candidates we want to meet in person (2nd class train ticket or fuel support).
Does GROPYUS reimburse travel costs for on-site interviews?
Interviews at GROPYUS range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the content and number of attendees.
How long will the interviews take?

Most positions are full-time, but we do occasionally have part-time roles. Please include you preference in your application or let your recruiter know.
