When can I expect to hear back?

Once we’ve confirmed receipt of your application, our team will begin reviewing your profile. If we see a match for the position, we’ll reach out to schedule an initial interview. If it’s not the right fit at this time, we aim to provide feedback within one week. More detailed feedback is available upon request during later stages of the process.

Can I apply using my LinkedIn profile?

Yes – for most of our positions, you can use the LinkedIn “Easy Apply” feature to submit your application.

Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Absolutely – feel free to apply for any roles that match your qualifications. You’re also welcome to discuss this with your recruiter.

I don’t see a suitable position – can I submit a speculative application?

Yes – you can submit a speculative application via our contact form or directly on the page listing our open positions.

Can I reapply after being rejected?

Yes, especially for different roles. If you’d like to reapply for the same position, we recommend waiting six months.

What opportunities does GROPYUS offer for students?

We offer dual study programs in our Smart Factory, as well as internships and working student positions across various departments.

Do you hire interns or entry-level candidates?

Yes – look out for job titles that include terms like “Internship” or “Associate.”

Can I apply during my studies or right after graduation?

Absolutely.

Do I need to meet all the requirements to apply?

No! If you're interested, go ahead and apply – we consider both experience and potential.

Is German required to work at GROPYUS?

English is our company language. German is only required for certain roles.

Do you offer remote or hybrid work?

Yes – most roles are hybrid. You can also work from abroad for up to 40 days per year.

Are your positions location-bound?

Some roles are. For certain positions, we also offer the option to work fully remotely from within Germany or Austria.

Do you support relocation?

Yes, for certain roles. Your Talent Acquisition Manager will guide you through the process.

How does GROPYUS handle my data?

We process applications via Greenhouse and store data in accordance with GDPR for up to 6 months.

Who has access to my data?

Your data is shared with the recruiters and interviewers involved in the process. Please only share information you're comfortable disclosing to the team.

What is a PEC check and why is it conducted?

Our Pre-Employment Checks help ensure a safe and compliant workplace. They may include verification of education and work experience, reference checks, and – where applicable – identity or criminal record checks.

What tech stack do you use?

• Backend: JVM stack (Java, Kotlin, Python)
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Data: PostgreSQL
• Cloud: Azure

We also work with IoT, Knowledge Engineering, and other modern tools.

How are your tech teams structured?
