Building typology
Our entry-level product is a five-storey standalone building (building class 4), without a basement and featuring space-efficient technical room solutions. Each floor can be individually configured with a flexible mix of 2-, 3-, and 4-room apartments. All apartments are accessible and functionally designed, offering a ceiling height of 2.70 m and either a balcony or a terrace.
Heating system
A rooftop heat pump cascade supplies heating via a two-pipe system, while hot water is generated decentrally through flow-based apartment stations. All living areas feature underfloor heating. Technical components are housed on the ground floor.
Eligibility for funding
The GROPYUS entry-level product meets EU taxonomy requirements, complies with EH40 standards, and is pre-qualified for QNG certification (DGNB or BNK), KFN and KNN funding, and ESG verification. Location- and project-specific adaptations are easily achievable.
