Our application process

Transparent and structured – with room for personality. We want to get to know you, not just your résumé. Depending on the role, the process and number of interviews may vary, but most applications at GROPYUS follow these steps:


Initial introduction

You’ll meet your contact from our Talent Acquisition team – they’ll guide you through the entire process.


Expertise interviews

We’ll talk about the role, your experience and everything else you bring to the table.


Team or stakeholder interviews

You’ll meet colleagues from relevant departments or work on a task – depending on the position and area.


Leadership interviews

We’ll discuss shared values, responsibility and the impact we aim to create together.

What to expect during the interviews

Depending on the role, our interviews take place either online or on-site – whatever works best for you and the team.


Some interviews may include tasks such as a case study, a presentation or a spontaneous exercise during the conversation. We’ll always explain the expectations clearly in advance, so you can show how you approach challenges. Our interviews are transparent, structured and always conducted at eye level.

How to prepare for your interview

A great interview starts with curiosity and openness. Ask us questions – we’re happy to answer! Take a look at our mission and the role’s requirements beforehand. Please confirm the interview invitations we send you and be on time so we can start off well together.


Make sure you’re technically prepared – whether online or on-site. Check that your audio, camera and any presentation tools are working properly to ensure a smooth conversation. If you have any questions, your contact from the Talent Acquisition team will be happy to support you.

Your onboarding at GROPYUS

We want your first days with us to feel good—clear, connected, and full of anticipation. After signing your contract, you’ll choose your hardware. About one to two weeks before your start date, you’ll receive your personalized onboarding plan.



In a joint welcome session, you’ll meet other new colleagues and gain insights into our mission, values and ways of working. Through our buddy program, you’ll have a dedicated contact person to support your start. Depending on your role, your onboarding will take place either remotely or on-site.
