Location and urban context
Blasewitzer Straße is located in Dresden’s dynamic Johannstadt district and offers a wellconnected setting with reliable infrastructure. The dense mix of residential and service uses provides potential for stable project development. At the same time, the urban environment requires precise construction management to keep processes efficient and minimize disruptions.

Key features
Large residential units
The project demonstrates the capability of the GROPYUS building system in large scale residential construction. It focuses on family oriented units that are efficiently planned despite a higher room count, enabling economically viable floor areas. The exclusive development of large apartments is uncommon in the market and represents a clearly defined, strategically relevant offering.
Cost-efficient building product
The focused design‑to‑cost approach enables economically optimized planning without a basement and with an efficiently structured access concept. The project is built on a functional equipment standard, creating a solid foundation for contemporary and affordable living.
High assembly speed
This project also highlights the advantage of industrial offsite construction. From the start of element assembly to the handover of the building, the process takes only about eight months.
