New Chief Financial Officer: Mirjam Stolz joins the GROPYUS Executive Board

The experienced financial expert and manager took up her new position at GROPYUS on November 1.

Berlin / Vienna, November 6, 2024 – GROPYUS, the technology-based construction company specialized in creating aspirational, affordable, and sustainable multi-story residential buildings, has appointed Mirjam Stolz as its new Chief Financial Officer. The experienced financial expert and manager took up her new position at GROPYUS on November 1, succeeding Alexandra Wittmann. Meanwhile, GROPYUS is nearing completion of its highly automated smart factory and is currently realizing multiple projects across Germany. During this crucial phase, Mirjam Stolz will leverage her extensive expertise to support GROPYUS in the strategic financing and further professionalization of its business model by building a scalable, digital finance organization that is fit for capital markets.

After more than ten years at the internationally renowned professional services network EY, Mirjam Stolz spent seven years in various positions at the transatlantic media company Axel Springer in Berlin. As Managing Director of Axel Springer Digital Ventures, she spent more than three years managing Axel Springer’s investments in start-ups and VC funds. From 2022, she worked for Bauer Media Group as Chief Financial Officer for the German publishing business in Hamburg. She played a key role in transforming the German finance function and helped pave the way for a digital publishing business.
