How to Join

  1. Register for the GROPYUS Experts Panel.

  2. Get invited to occasional studies (e.g., a survey or interview).

  3. Participate (or not) on your time and schedule!

 

FAQ

  • A collective of real estate professionals whose insights we value and whom we occasionally invite to participate in studies.

  • Anyone working in residential real estate, such as asset or property managers, project developers, professionals working in housing associations and institutional investors.

  • Your contact details will be added to our participant database, and you will receive a confirmation email which includes information on the next steps, details about your privacy and personal data and how to reach us.

  • It's entirely up to you! When you join our panel, we’ll ask you to complete a brief survey to help us match you with the studies most relevant to your expertise. At the end of the survey, you can let us know how often you’d like to be invited to participate. However, the frequency of invitations may vary depending on the research scheduled for that year.
    Every study is different. When we invite you via email, we’ll tell you all the details, and you decide if you’d like to participate! 

  • Your contact details will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used to send you occasional invitations to participate in research studies that align with your interests and expertise.

    The insights you share with us during research studies are only used for the purpose of research and product development.
